Returns and Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Khaadi Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If thereโs an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided one of the following conditions is met:
The item received is damaged, defective, stained, incomplete, or not the item you ordered.
The size of the item received is different from what was ordered.
The parcel was delivered in an opened or unsealed condition.
Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective films intact.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided for claim verification.
Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup from your location or guide you to the nearest Khaadi Store for the exchange process.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Innerwear or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)
Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry (due to product nature)
PAYMENT METHOD
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.
