Returns and Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Khaadi Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If thereโ€™s an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided one of the following conditions is met:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, stained, incomplete, or not the item you ordered.

  • The size of the item received is different from what was ordered.

  • The parcel was delivered in an opened or unsealed condition.


Important Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective films intact.

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided for claim verification.

Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup from your location or guide you to the nearest Khaadi Store for the exchange process.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Innerwear or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry (due to product nature)


PAYMENT METHOD

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.
